I’ve had a lot of people ask me whether or not Laxogenin is worth using.
In this article, I’ll give you general information about this product and my honest opinion on whether or not its worth trying.

My Experience With Laxogenin
I’ve used Laxogenin supplements roughly 5 times in the last 2 years. Personally, I find it to be an extremely effective muscle building supplement.
My cycles usually lasted about 8 to 10 weeks in total. My first cycle was 100mg per day which, in my opinion, was a too low dosage. Once I upped the dosage to 200mg per day I was noticing results very rapidly.
I mainly noticed that I put on lean muscle mass much faster. My strength also went through the roof and I felt as if I recovered a lot faster.
Even though the research on the connection between laxogenin and muscle growth is limited, I’m pretty confident it works.
If you’re looking for a safe and effective way to gain muscle mass without turning to steroids, I definitely would recommend giving Laxogenin a try.
Laxogenin Dosage Information
The most effective laxogenin dosage is between 100 to 200mg per day.
I’ll be honest with you guys, I found 100mg to work alright but 200mg per day was a total game changer for me. It was a lot better in terms of effects and results.
If you want my advice, start out with just 100mg per day if it’s your first cycle. Once you’ve experienced the effects of Laxogenin you can consider upping it to 200mg per day.
Generally, a run with this product should take between 8 to 10 weeks.
If you have a lot of experience with these type of supplements, you can consider extending the cycle to 12 to 14 weeks.
You can also stack this supplement with other products such as pre-workouts, testosterone boosters and BCAA’s.
You’re probably thinking, Laxogenin is a plant steroid, that means it has a lot side effects
Nope! Laxogenin does not cause any severe side effects. It’s completely safe to take it except for the fact that you might experience a slight headache.
I’ve done a lot of research prior to using this compound and especially regarding side effects.
I was unable to find any report of anybody experiencing serious side effects when using this supplement. All I could find was people experiencing a headache whilst running it at a high dosage.
Personally, I also experienced a slight headache every now and then whilst running a laxogenin cycle. But I’m not completely sure if it was caused by the supplement or something else. It’s also worth mentioning that it does not require a Post Cycle Therapy.
Based on my research and my own personal experience, I’d say it can be safely used when taking a moderate dosage. If you do somehow experience side effects when using it, immediately discontinue use.
What Laxogenin Supplement Should You Use?
Of course, you want to make sure that your purchasing a high-quality laxogenin supplement.
That is why I suggest going with Alpha AF which is sold on Steel Supplements. I used several different brands before switching to Alpha AF.
Once I started using it I realised how much stronger was than the previous laxogenin supplements I had used.
It contains 25mg of 5a-hydroxy per serving which is the most you’ll find in any supplement.
It’s advised to take 2 capsules a day for at least 8 weeks. This means you’ll have to stock up on two bottles for optimal results.
